Community
If you are part of a group looking for a new meeting place we could be the perfect venue for you, or even just one individual who is interested in a certain hobby or learning opportunity, let us know and we can source like minded people to join you and start a new group. We offer support to new groups in terms of advertising, networking and most importantly, financially, with subsidised room rates in the early weeks until you are self supporting.
We can also sign post you to local funding opportunities. A number of our groups have been successful in this area and have been able to purchase new equipment and cover room charges for a limited period of time.
We have a number of rooms available for hire for both hourly and sessional times and can cater for everything from children’s parties with Bouncy Castles and Christenings to groups of people meeting to socialise and partake in activities such as Lace Making or a Fitness class.
As well as offering an exciting and diverse range of community activities and learning opportunities we are constantly striving to meet the community’s demands and expectations. If there is something you want to see happening at the centre let us know! Contact us for room rates.
